Why is this even being shown/offered @ today, May 14, 20l0…??? i have a Motorola Droid, purchased on 3/3l/l0,. and I am interested in applicable information about the product, not out of date links. Please delete this link or update to new (curent) information.
Totally agree ….are there any new workshops
Exactly. One of the "perks" of buying the Droid, was that you could attend a workshop. I put in my zipcode and there is NOTHING within 50 miles of where I live. How is that customer service?
I bought my Droid from Verizon on Sunday, Father's Day, June 20, 2010.
I was directed to [www.verizonwireless.com/workshops. I LOOKED, and there is not one listing of any workshop in the Los Angeles, Santa Monica, CA area!!

I want to sign up for an instore class for my new Droid X in the 92612 area code. I am unable to sign anywhere. Please help.
I got an text message from you yesterday about a free online training. I have gone to the web site listed in the tax message and find nowhere to sign up for any seminar. So what's the deal?
I too was told that a workshop would be available for online training. I can find nothing that would be available to me or anywhere near me. Poorly designed program and site.
I received a text message today at 11:19 CST saying attend a smart phont training on Feb 2011 @ 11:00 EST well the text was over an hour late and now I was looking for a listing and there is just old dates nothing new posted. Verizon, you are so good, lets get this fixed.
Are there any workshops offered in March or April.
I purchased a Driod today, Feb 27 2011 from a Verizon store. The salesman said the company offers instructional classes on the phone and advised me to consider taking it. He gave me a flyer with the following class locations.
1. West Road – Friday, Feb 18 / 1:00 – 3:00 PM
2. Spring – Monday, Feb 21 / 2:00 – 4:00 PM
3. Deerbrook – Thursday, Feb 24 / 2:00 – 4:00 PM
4. Woodlands – Friday, Feb 25 / 9:00 – 11:00 PM
When the salesman gave me the flyer, he said all of the classes had expired and he advised me to go to the website and sign up for upcoming classes. Well obviously this is not the case. My suggestion is to call one of the above stores periodically and ask when the next class is.
I just purchased a new Samsung Stratosphere 4G ltd and cannot successfuoly find a location to take a class to learn operation of this device. What gives?
