Sony Ericsson Two New Greenheart Phones aka Elm and Hazel
Sony Ericsson is producing eco-friendly mobile phones in its ‘Greenheart’ range and we have already mentioned a few phones named as the Sony Ericsson J10 and the Naite, well now they have just revealed two more called Elm and Hazel.
These are eco-friendly devices so the names Elm and Hazel is quite fitting really, both these phones boast Wi-Fi and GPS and will have great networking integration thanks to home screen widgets. These handsets will also feature Clear Voice, Noise Shield and Intelligent Volume Adaptation.
Sony Ericsson Elm
Both of these handsets are also splash- resistant, the main features of the Elm and Hazel include 5 megapixel auto focus cameras, GPS receivers, Wi-Fi connectivity, Wisepilot mapping applications and preinstalled Google Maps.
The Sony Ericsson Greenheart Hazel is 16mm thick and weighs in at 160 grams and features a 2.6-inch 16M colour QVGA display, the Sony Ericsson Greenheart Elm on the other hand is 14mm thick and weighs in at only 90 grams and the screen is slightly smaller at 2.2 inches with 262K colour support and QVGA resolution.
Sony Ericsson Hazel
Other features on the ELM and HAZEL include: HD Voice ready/AMR-WB audio codec, quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE support and dual-band HSPA (2100/900), support for SensMe/MegaBass/TrackID, built-in accelerometer, microUSB charger.
Release date for both the Elm and Hazel will be Q1 2010 and Q2 2010.
