This couple of Motorola devices have popped up now and again and now some juicy specifications have hit the net waves courtesy of the guys over at the boy genius report on both the Motorola XT701 Sholes Tablet and Motorola XT800 Zeppelin.

So here’s the spec list for the Motorola XT701 Sholes…WCDMA/HSDPA/HSUPA, 3.7 inch touch screen with super FWVGA capacitance, 5 megapixel camera with auto-focus and Xenon flash, Android 2.0 operating system, aGPS, FM radio, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, gravity sensor, infrared proximity sensors, ambient light sensor, WiFi, 32GB microSDHC, and 3.5mm jack.

As for the Motorola XT800 Zeppelin…CDMA/GSM/EVDO, 3.7 inch HD touch screen, Android 2.0 OS, 5 megapixel camera with auto-focus and dual LED flash, GPS, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, FM radio, HDMI 720p output, WiFi, 32GB microSD and a 3.5mm jack.

So there it is all the specs for both the Motorola XT701 and Motorola XT800, although no word on, when these China bound handsets will surface or how much these two will command.
