It seems that the guys over at engadget have somehow managed to get hold of just about every specification there is to know about the Google Nexus One smartphone, and apparently the Nexus One will only be gained by invitation initially.
Anyway onto those all important specifications for the Nexus One, some of which have already hit the net such as Android 2.1, 5 megapixel camera with auto-flash and LED flash, WiFi, Bluetooth, GSM/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900, HSDPA/HSUPA, digital compass, and accelerometer, and 3.7 inch WVGA AMOLED touch screen.
So what else, well the Nexus One measures 119 x 59.8 x 11.5mm and weighs in at 130 grams, a Qualcomm QSD 8250 1GHz processor, 3.5mm jack, microSD slot, tricolour clickable trackball, 4 illuminated soft keys, haptic feedback, Teflon coated back cover.
