Google will once again this Christmas Eve partner with NORAD to help keep tabs on Santa’s long journey around the world. As soon as they leave reindeer in tow from the North Pole which is reported to be at 2am EST Santa’s location will then appear both on Google Map and Google Earth.
All throughout the day NORAD will track Santa and regularly update on his actual location which will enable everybody to follow his progress as he makes his way around the world delivering gifts.
There are several ways for you to keep track of Santa, Google Earth and Google Maps starting at 2am EST.
Google maps for Mobile is another way of keeping your eye on Santa’s progress, just open Google Maps on your phone then search for Santa or you can enter m.noradsanta.org in your phones browser. To find out more information have a look at the official Google Mobile Blog.
On You Tube Santa Cams have been strategically positioned to capture real footage of Santa as he zooms around the world delivering gifts. The footage will be posted on noradsanta.org as soon as its captured and then uploaded though the course of the day. Source – webwire.com
