Google to bring Google Earth to Android Market
Amongst all the hoo-har to do with the official unveiling of the Google Nexus One at their Android press conference in Mountain View yesterday, Google announced another little surprise in store of fans of the Android operating system.
According to an article over on intomobile, Google announced they will bring Google Earth to the Android Market including bird’s eye views, and fly-by animations.
As you may well be aware, the Nexus One rival the iPhone already has Google Earth while Google Earth for Android still isn’t available, but apparently Google did preview the Google Earth app for Android at the conference.
They say that the demonstration of Google Earth for Android showed that fly-by animations were smooth but most impressive was its ability to search out locations via voice search.

I hope this makes use of the Android 2.0 (and up) multitouch capability
