While at CES 2010 in Las Vegas, LG launched their latest Android platform mobile phone in the form of the LG GT540 which LG describes as “a specialised social networking smartphone,” reports an article on pocket-lint.
Apparently the LG GT540 is angled as an ideal smartphone for the first time smartphone user, which delivers easy and fast access to social networking sites such as Twitter, Bebo and Facebook.
Spec wise the LG GT540 offers up a 3 megapixel camera, media playback, Google Maps, Gmail, YouTube, Google Search, the Android Market and just about everything else expected with Android, and microSD expansion up to 32GB.
Price wise what the LG GT540 will command is currently unknown but the smartphone is expected to launch worldwide as of sometime in April 2010.
