Windows Phone Future Date Bug Limited Says Microsoft
As you may have heard not too long ago, some users of Windows based mobile phones have been experiencing text messages which sport a future date and appear to originate from the year 2016, which we all know is impossible unless you’re some kind of time traveller.
However, according to an article over on Cnet, Microsoft has said that this particular text message issue with Windows phones looks to be limited to just a small percentage of handsets, namely HTC devices on the Sprint network.
As for a fix, well Microsoft has said they along with partners, whom they didn’t name are working on the problem and will hopefully provide more details shortly.
So any of our readers been getting these future dated text messages and if so are you using a HTC handset on the Sprint network, drop us a comment with your thought.
