Apparently news recently in that Quanta Computer which supplies Apple and HP is going to build a smart book.

The idea behind it is for a computer in an iPhone form factor that’s according to Quanta Chairman Barry Lam. He also added that the company is looking for more strategic investments to keep making a profit.

The smart book is going to be reliant on a 3.5 inch touchscreen display and will also have the ability to make voice calls as well as access the internet.

Two possible companies that may be supplying the chips for the device have been mentioned and they are ARM and Qualcomm, although no other information has been confirmed. Source – electronista.com
