Google Nexus One has multitouch functionality
Google’s very much talked about Nexus One has recently been enhanced in order to support a multitouch feature.
Thanks to an Android hacker who has released software that gives the Android device the same functionality that up until now has distinguished Apple iPhones.
The updates were only released on Wednesday and the timing of the hack was about the same time as Google formally made the Nexus One operating system.
Great news for users of the Nexus One as they can now use two or more digits directly on the screen of the device to enlarge images and carry out similar actions. Apparently according to somebody who wished to remain anonymous Google axed the feature at the request of Apple. Source – ecommerce-journal.com

It was only released Wednesday? I thought it had been around for a while.
I heard that the modification name was the “Dolphin Browser”. You could add that to the post.
A phone made by Google. What could be better?
