The latest Android smartphone from Google, the Nexus One as you probably know over in the States doesn’t support multitouch unlike over here in Europe, I guess we Europeans are more liked by Google than Nexus One users in the US of A.
Anyway never fear American friends as what Google won’t give you XDA developer’s Cyanpgen will. As according to an article over on thegadgets, the Nexus One native browser has been hacked to deliver multitouch capability.
The word is it works and it’s not too laggy, although they do stipulate that you will initially lose browser settings and your bookmarks.
So non-multitouch Nexus One users if you want multitouch head on over to XDA and grab it, but do come back and let us know how you get along.
