You’ve probably heard the commotion over Google in China and that Google has shut down their Chinese language website and offices in China and halted the launch of the Android packing Nexus One in China as well.
The reason being so Google says is due to a cyber attack originating in China that has also targeted other companies; that and no doubt the censorship by China.
However according to an article over on Reuters, China’s Ministry of Industry in Information Technology spokesperson, Zhu Hongren has stated that China will not limit any platform as long as it abides by Chinese law.
Hongren made the statement in response to a question on whether Android would be affected by the row between the government of China and Google.
Apparently Google is willing to enter talks with the Chinese administration but so far Beijing has been quiet on if they have met with Google or speak on the subject
