The site now shows “For phone support, please select your type of question below”, visit support page for more information. They have support for Existing Order (Status and shipping), Technical Support, Repairs and returns, plus T-Mobile Service.

Existing Order (Status and shipping): If you wish to know more about your existing order you can contact Nexus One support on 888-48-NEXUS (63987), you can phone between 7:00 am EST to 10:00 pm EST. Have your Google order number to hand.

Technical Support: If you want technical support, you need to contact HTC customer care on 1-888-216-4736. For Repairs and returns, please contact the same number at 1-888-216-4736.

T-Mobile Service Support: If you have any questions relating to the T-Mobile service, just dial 611 from your T-Mobile phone, you can also call 1-877-453-1304.
