Looks like HTC has another smartphone on its way called the HTC Scorpion possibly under the codename of ‘Olympian,’ and the word is it will pack a fast 1.5GHz processor along with the as yet unannounced Android 2.2 OS, reports mobile crunch.

Having said that, this is another one of those ‘rumours’ that come without any real evidence other than a text file from the supposedly build file of the HTC Scorpion, no images, video, or anything that could substantiate the claims, so take with a pinch of salt.

Other than the HTC Scorpion will also be a WiMAX handset there isn’t much else known at the moment so it’s all up in the wind for now, but as soon as anything materialises we’ll pass it along.
