The rumours are mounting of the coming of a new BlackBerry sporting the slider form factor, and today we gain more images of this slider BlackBerry courtesy of the guys over at bbleaks, and this time round the BlackBerry Slider is captured side by side a BlackBerry Curve 8900 smartphone.
The guys state that whatever Research In Motion call the BlackBerry Slider it is definitely a hybrid which brings together aspects of the BlackBerry Storm series and the BlackBerry Bold 9000 QWERTY keyboard.
Detail wise there isn’t a great deal known about this BlackBerry Slider other than it carries a 360 x 480 display, 802.11n WiFi, but other than that as the device they have can’t be powered up they aren’t too sure if the Blackberry Slider sports a touch screen or not.
There is no megapixel label on the device either, so there’s no real clue as to what camera the BlackBerry Slider will carry although rumour has it, it will be 5 megapixel and include Liquid Lens Tech; more as and when we hear.
