Aircel is India’s 5th largest GSM service provider and has announced they are set to begin roll out of their GSM Mobile Service to Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh telecom reports an article over on telecomtalk.
Apparently the core GSM network is in test mode in certain areas of the state and commercial roll out is expected in the next few days along with some ‘attractive’ tariff plans.
The COO of Aircel, Gurdeep Sing has stated that they have set themselves ambiguous goals not only to become a strong nationwide provider but also the operator of choice for the millions of Indian subscribers. Sing also stated that they have launched networks in record time whilst still delivering superior quality of service.
Aircel will apparently be the seventh GSM operator in Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh telecom circle; others include Tata Docomo, Vodafone, Idea Cellular, Reliance Smart and Airtel.
