A report over at news.softpedia.com explains that HTC Corporation have now delivered a response in relation to the lawsuit action that Apple filed against them not that long ago.

Not does HTC disagree with the action taken by Apple but their portfolio of smartphones also shows that they are one of the innovators within the market. HTC will be fully defending Apples’ actions and they advocate intellectual property protection.

HTC have already been noted for its contribution to the mobile industry as they have recently received the Fast Company’s 2010 Top 50 most innovative companies awards.

The HTC Hero was also rewarded with the title of the Best Phone of 2009 from the GSMA not to mention the amount of technology that HTC have delivered to the market. HTC have always had the professional approach to business which has led to long standing strategic partnerships with the top software, internet and also wireless technology companies.
