LG Cookie Pep GD510 smart touchscreen
It would seem that creating budget touchscreen handsets is what is on the mind of many manufacturers now.
And as we know Samsung have been there with its Star Series handsets and now the Corby Series, in response LG bought out the LG Cookie some time back and now it is definitely in search of a much need face lift.
LG now seems to have taken on board what is going on around them and have now launched the Cookie Pep GD510, it does appear to be the replacement handset from the dated Cookie. It looks similar to the older Cookie and is all set to take on the competition.
In some countries it is called the Cookie Pop where it comes with an optional solar panel doing its thing for nature, although Green isn’t the thing in India so we have the LG Pep. There is a decent package along with the handset which includes the provision of a 2GB micrSD card is cool and the addition of USB cable is useful. source – techtree.com
