You’ve probably heard about the big store Best Buy over in the States, but over here in the UK it is little known, but that is soon to change as according to an article over on gizmodo, Best Buy is opening their first UK store in Thurrock, Essex in May.
The information comes via mobilenewscwp, and the Thurrock Best Buy store will be followed by Merry Hill West Midlands and Hedge End in Southampton in June and weeks after that Best Buy Stores will pop up in Aintree and Liverpool.
Best Buy will apparently offer customers the opportunity to ‘trade in’ old products such as mobile phones, TVs, and laptop which go towards saving on purchases from Best Buy and will also offer a price match guarantee with a further 10% discount on top.
Best Buy is coming to the UK via a joint venture between Best Buy and the Carphone Warehouse, and the retailer has confirmed a Best Buy store will also open in Croydon Surrey this autumn which will create 100 jobs.
