It seems that Vodafone UK like what they have been getting just lately on their Android spree according to an article over at news.softpedia.com.
They have just made another mobile phone which is running on Google’s operating system available for pre order the HTC Desire. The new phone is listed on the operators website as to start shipping from April 13th.
Even better news is for those of you that are interested in getting hold of one is that you can get it for free on a pay monthly plan starting at just £30 per month from vodafone’s website here.
The HTC Desire comes with Android operating system 2.1 on board and does include roughly the same specifications as the Nexus One by HTC. But the new phone also has with it HTC’s Sense experience on top of Android 2.1. It includes a 3.7 inch touchscreen display a 5 megapixel camera with auto focus and video recording capabilities, there is 512MB of memory with a microSD card slot for additional storage space.
