Sony Ericsson has recently pushed their first handset which is powered by Google’s Android operating system the Xperia X10 to the market as we know.

Sadly though some disappointing news follows which may upset enthusiasts. We know that the device doesn’t come with multi touch features apparently something to do with the software and also the hardware it includes.

It has transpired now though that future updates may not be capable of bringing this much wanted feature to the device, the company have stated that they are working on offering other solutions to users.

A Sony Ericsson product manager states in a recent blog post that there is no multitouch in X10 solutions are being looked for, for zooming which has frequently been requested. When it was unveiled last year the X10 did seem to be one of the most appealing Android phones to arrive on the market, users may now think twice before opting for the X10. Source – news.softpedia.com
