It has popped up again the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 the first Android based mobile phone launched in the market by Japanese – Swedish vendor this time on another wireless carrier in the UK, 02.
The handset is now listed on the operators online shop and it is available for free with a £35 per month plan on just a 24 month contract.
You may already be aware that the Sony Ericsson X10 has already been announced as landing at various carriers across the UK. Vodafone are offering customers the option of ordering the device in advance and will be shipped in the following days.
For those of you that are not familiar with the Sony Ericsson X10 here’s a few bits of information in relation to the specs of the device which is expected to become very popular in a very short space of time. It has a 4 inch touchscreen display, although no support for multitouch but it has a 8 megapixel camera with face recognition and other features you would expect from Sony. It has 1GB of internal memory with a card slot for up to 16GB of additional storage.
