iPhone 4.0 Documentation Shows Video Calling and Pricing

As you are probably aware, the new iPhone 4.0 OS is due to be revealed on the 8th of April; however what we have here is a little early information which has popped up via a leaked iPhone 4.0 document found by the guys over at unwired view via nodpad.

Most iPhone owners have been speculating just what will come with iPhone 4.0, with many placing their hopes and dreams on multitasking for the iPhone. There is however a good possibility that video calling may be found in the next generation iPhone.

The reason being a leaked iPhone 4.0 document captured from the website on an O2 UK subsidiary shows the inclusion of video calls along with several pricing structures of texts messages, voice calls, and also video calls, which as it looks is the same as voice calls in the UK.

Apparently the captured image has hastily been taken down from the O2 UK subsidiary site, and well could have possibly been a mistake, but then again it could be true, so I guess it’s a matter of waiting a couple more days to see if anything gets confirmed.

  1. Joshua Ridley says:

The documentation of O2’s pricing of ‘Video Calls’ was a mistake, this was announced by one of the company’s spokesman last month.

“the iPhone section of our website states video calling is charged at the same price as voice calls. We can confirm that this was listed in error. We will be amending our website shortly to clarify this.”
