Nokia the Finnish company have just announced that two more of its Smartphone’s the E71 and E66 have received the upgrade. Following the official launch of Nokia’s voice guidance for Ovi Maps SatNav application according to an article over at news.softpedia.com
Both the Nokia E71 and the Nokia E66 get the free navigation after the more recent ones such as the E72, N97 mini and the Nokia X6, which have benefited from the service since January.
Nokia had already stated that the E71 and the E66 would be the last of their older models to get the upgrade, having said that it seems that every Nokia Smartphone that will get launched in the future will come packed with free walk and drive navigation as standard.
In order to take advantage of the free navigation with OviMaps on either of the two devices mentioned users will first need to do the following. Go to nokia.com/map and download the new Ovi Maps application to your PC, then install the application using Ovi Suite, then go to applications folder and start using Ovi Maps.
There is a rumour yes another one this time nothing to do with Verizon or iPhone 4G but actually in relation to this free service apparently it also works smoothly on all Nseries devices including the Nokia N95.
