Nokia 5230 in White or Black reduced on 3
The Nokia 5230 which is a best selling mobile has had its price cut on the 3 network. The price has been reduced from £24 per month to just £18 per month, according to an article over at 3g.co.uk
A great price for a great phone, for the money you will get 900 anytime minutes or texts or a combination of the two as well as a Nokia 5230 for free. There is also the option of some exclusive internet only tariffs which will enable you 700 minutes and unlimited texts or internet for just £21 per month.
The Nokia 5230 is available in the choice of Black or White and has a 3.2 inch touch screen a 2 megapixel camera, fm radio, 4GB microSD card and also built in Ovi Maps.
The look of the Nokia 5230 gives the impression that the device is more expensive that it actually is. Easy to use as any other Nokia handset although the on screen keyboard is a little fiddly. Although a basic device with the Nokia Messaging and the Ovi Maps 3.0 with sat nav gives the device a Smartphone flourish.
The simplicity and shortcuts on the Nokia 5230 make navigating smooth and the camera although just 2 megapixel is actually quite good, Ovi store could do with some improvement. The battery life isn’t great with just 270 minutes talk time on 3G.
