Nokia have launched a new addition to their Eseries line up with the Nokia E5 and thanks to an article over at allaboutsymbian.com we have more details for you.

The Nokia E5 which runs S60 3rd edition feature pack 2 is a middle range device which has a QWERTY slab form together with a 5 megapixel camera, great connectivity 3G, Wi-Fi and tri-band and also integrated GPS.

The Nokia E5 has a comprehensive social messaging software suite and support for email, social networking sites and instant messaging. The E5 is similar to the E63 in size but slightly smaller in volume. The device is said to be a successor to the Nokia E63.

You will be able to get your hands on the Nokia E5 in quarter 3 at a price of EUR 180 before taxes and subsides. This makes the E5 the cheapest ever in the Eseries it is also expected that in the UK the device should sell for around £180 SIM free which we assume will fall in time.
