It looks like the second largest mobile market in the world India, is gaining more and more smartphones running on the Android platform as according to an article over on cellpassion, HTC has now launched the Android toting HTC Legend in India.
For those who may have forgotten, the HTC Legend is the follow up to the HTC Hero and is formed from a single black of aluminium sports a 3.2 inch AMOLED multitouch touch screen, 5 megapixel camera with flash and a trackpad and runs Android 2.1 OS.

Word has it the HTC Legend in India will command a price tag of somewhere about Rs. 26,500 although that isn’t an official price as that has yet to be announced.
