Research in Motions WES conference kick started this morning, and we have some details of two new devices which have emerged prior to the official keynote. As reported over at slashgear.com
The BlackBerry Pearl 3G and also the BlackBerry Bold 9650 both of which have QWERTY keyboards and you get a SureType board with the Pearl 3G and the usual board the Bold 9650.
Connectivity includes triband 3G UMTS on the Pearl and either quad band 3G UMTS or EVDO Rev A on the BlackBerry Bold 9650. Both of the devices have a 3.2 megapixel camera with GPS and also Wi-Fi together with an optical track pad.
Interested in who is carrying? It is expected that the Pearl 3G will arrive in Canada on Bell, Telus and Rogers and the Bold 9650 will hit the United States in May on Sprint. As per Research in Motion. There are no details yet on who will carry the Pearl 3G in the United States yet nor specifics in relation to release dates. We will of course update you when we have some more information probably later on today.
