If you are going to promote a couple of mobile phones then why not get a couple of high profile celebrity names to show off your products, which is what LG are doing according to an article over on intomobile.

Apparently LG has acquired the services of Victoria Beckham and Eva Longoria Parker to promote their LG Elite, an unboxing video of which can be viewed (here) and LG Rumour Touch touch screen handsets in a campaign they are calling the LG Fashion Touch.

The campaign will be in print and online along with an event in Los Angeles, consumer promotion and a series of MTV vignettes, which will be produced by documentarist Doug Keeve.

The fashion photographer, Ellen Von Unwerth was drafted in to photograph the print ads which will debut this week, and Victoria Beckham along with Eva Longoria Parker are to host an LG exclusive shebang of fashion insiders, stylists, and celebrities.
