We reported last week on the new Motorola RAZR 3 which you can see here if you missed it. Not a lot was known at the time however now, thanks to a recent report over on devicemag.com via nexus404.com we have some more information for you.

The device was originally to be released last year but then along came Android which put a stop to that as all the attention was turned to that. Now though we can see just what the Motorola RAZR 3 has in store for us.

Sadly it seems not a lot, especially if you were expecting a fun packed powerful Smartphone. In some ways it is still an attractive device, but does however leave a lot to be desired in other areas.

We would hope that the device gets some kind of revision before landing on the shelves, it does have 420MHz, ARM11 CPU, 109 MB of RAM, Wi-Fi and GPS and a 2.2 QVGA internal display with an external 2 inch with touchscreen functionality.

Currently is appears that BlackBerry are still holding on with their 9670 where specifications are concerned but don’t discount the RAZR 3 it is still an attractive looking choice.
