As ever, snooping the FCC can often come up with some information and it looks like the guys over at engadget have done their daily dose of FCC file snooping and have come across the Dell Aero which has been approved by the FCC.
Gaining FCC approval could well mean that the Dell Aero is also on track for the rumoured leaked Q2 release point, but that hasn’t been confirmed just yet.
The Dell Mini 3iX has already passed through the FCC way back in November sporting AT&T, Rogers, Telus, and Bell bands, but this Dell Mini 3iG is known as the Dell Aero and features UMTS 850/1900, Bluetooth and 802.11b/g WiFi.
The handset also sports the “Aero” name which is believes to be the first of several Android packing phones from Dell which will be destined for the good ole US of A.
