It is rumoured that the HTC EVO 4G the first mobile phone to be powered by Google’s Android operating system may be available to pre order this month according to an article over at softpedia.com via phandroid.com
Boasting WiMAX connectivity the HTC EVO 4G is expected to arrive at RadioShack this month on a pre order basis while the actual launch date is expected to be either June 6 or June 13.
Sprint had said when they announced the device officially that it would be going on sale during the summer although they didn’t specify a release date. It seems though that the newly suggested launch date may actually pan out this time.
For the time being not a lot is actually certain on this, take it all with a pinch of salt for now until we have something more concrete to go on. Having said that the 6th June or 13th June does seem to be in line with those previous reports on the release day of the handset.
