Apparently game maker Gameloft has now reached the ripe old age of 10 and the guys over at Gameloft have marked such an auspicious occasion by producing a video showing the evolution of their games over the last ten years.

The video only lasts just over two minutes but takes us from their beginnings on a Nokia mobile handset right up to this year and the Apple iPad, and even looks forward to the iPhone 2010.

The 10 year evolution video covers such Gameloft games as Real Football, Prince of Persia, Asphalt, and shows from humble beginning of supporting just 15 handsets now supports 1200 mobile phone handsets.

Over the course of the ten years game weight has also risen with Gameloft’s first game weight being just 65kb back in 2002 and now in 2010 game weight has reached a staggering +100 MB. Anyway that’s about it, check out the Gameloft mobile game evolution video below and enjoy.
