Vodafone UK have a new device which is available now for pre order the Samsung Wave which is the first handset to arrive on the market with the Bada operating system the handset vendors own.
A recent article from Ionut Arghire over at softpedia.com confirms that the touchscreen enabled handset can be ordered right now from the operator’s website and should land on the shelves as near as June 1st.
Vodafone UK have said it’s customers will be able to purchase the Samsung Wave for free with the signing of a two year contract agreement on a £25 per month plan which will include 300 minutes unlimited texts and 500MB of mobile data.
The phone slides in nicely with the range of new mobiles that have recently been released on Vodafone’s airwaves including the Nexus One and HTC Desire. The Bada based Samsung Wave comes with a 3.3 inch Super AMOLED touchscreen display, also Samsung’s HD TV technology and has a powerful 1GHz processor.
