If you want you latest smartphone to make it into the public eye then it seems the best way is to leave said handset somewhere to be found. Sounds rather a similar situation to one previously splashed across the internet don’t it.
According to an article over on Gizmodo by Kat Hannaford, a smartphone was left at a corporate Verizon gym in Washington and before the device could be remotely locked, the person who found it saw a text confirming the device was “unreleased.”
The smartphone found at the gym was none other than the new Motorola Droid Shadow apparently, and its outing seems to have taken a similar route to that of the iPhone 4G prototype in as much as supposedly being left/lost/stolen and resulting in much mayhem.
Apparently the gym employee managed to confirm a couple of details with the guys who turned up to collect the “lost” Motorola Droid Shadow, and those details are that the device runs on a Snapdragon processor, has a 4.3 inch screen, 8 megapixel camera, HDMI port and has 16GB internal storage.
