Now if you own a new HTC EVO 4G smartphone the last thing you want to do is run a few sharp objects over its sweet 4.3 inch touch screen, but that is what has been done in the couple of videos we have for your viewing pleasure today.
The HTC EVO 4G has been put through a couple of scratch tests and captured on video which come to us courtesy of Chris Ziegler over at Engadget and show a member of the Android Forums hand out a bit of torture to the first 4G enabled device.
The guy attacks the HTC EVO 4G screen with a key, a penny, a screw, and ouch, a razor blade; apparently the guy did the same to the camera lens, which didn’t fair as well as the screen, so make sure you keep stuff off the lens. Oh and just so you know, the guy was returning his HTC EVO 4G as it was defective so don’t go doing the same to your handset.
Anyway I’ll shut up now and let you hit up the two videos below so you can see for yourselves how the HTC EVO 4G fairs under the tortuous onslaught, so hit those play buttons and enjoy, or weep.
