iPhone 4 Antenna Problem Class Action Lawsuit Filed
The other day I posted about Apple possibly facing a class action lawsuit over the iPhone 4 antenna problem, you can read that article (here). Well Apple and AT&T are being sued over the iPhone 4 antenna problem but not by the people mentioned in my other article.
According to a post over on Gizmodo by Jesus Diaz, the class action lawsuit was filed in the US District Court for the District of Maryland by Ward & Ward, PLLC and Charles A. Gilman, LLC. on behalf of plaintiffs Kevin McCaffrey, Linda Wrinn and several other iPhone 4 users.
This first lawsuit pertains to the iPhone 4 antenna design issues and claims such things by both Apple and AT&T as…General Negligence, Breach of Implied Warranty for Merchantability, Breach of Implied Warranty of Fitness for a Particular Purpose, International and Negligent Misrepresentation, Deceptive Trade Practices, and Fraud by Concealment.
The lawsuit also has a couple of Apple only claims which are Defect in Design, Manufacture, and Assembly, and Breach of Express Warranty. The guys over at Gizmodo have all the documentation on show, if you wish to see it hit up their site and check it out.

Simply amazing. You know I think that Apple is facing all of these issues because they rushed to make the iPhone 4. Android more than likely caused this. However, Steve needs to give an official statement and soon. Until then we can only speculate.
Any how theres this article at http://getyourgadgetsgoing.com/ called "iPhone 4 Is In But The Problems Are Out: Complete Overview"
Check it out for the complete listing of iPhone 4 issues and one that you may yet have heard of but still might be experiencing.
Sounds like a few greedy 'plaintiffs' trying to get some money for nothing, if you don't like the phone take it back, get a refund and buy a different one.Pathetic…
I bought a iPhone 4 and had the same problem so I bought a case for it and now have the best reception I have had with any cell phone and I have own about 15 or more.Â
