BlackBerry Curve 9300 or Kepler gets FCC approval

It would seem if we are to believe reports which have been published this evening that the unannounced Kepler model which RIM are very good at concealing has been approved by the FCC today.

According to a recent article by Simon over at intomobile.com via Engadget the BlackBerry Curve 9300 otherwise known as Kepler has been given the approval by the FCC today.

Although some things still remain unclear. It is going to be 256MB or 512MB of application memory or is it going to launch with OS 5 or OS 6? It is expected that the camera could be pushed to 3.2 megapixel although there isn’t any proof of that as of yet.

We assume that T Mobile will be getting the 9300. We can see that it looks fairly similar to the 8500 series. We expect it will have triband CDMA which should include AWS which would imply that we would see it launch on some of the AWS regional’s like MetroPCS. We will let you have more information as and when we hear of it.
