The two hot operating systems of the mobile space at the moment are Apple’s iOS 4 and Google’s Android 2.2 Froyo, and today we have a couple of videos that pit these two operating systems against each other on the browser wars.
The videos which can be viewed below come our way courtesy of Richard Lai, over at Engadget, and places the 16GB iPhone 4 Safari browser in a battle with the Nexus One Froyo browser with Adobe Flash 10.1.
The cashe files on each smartphone was cleared before the tests and then tested the browsers over 5 desktop version web pages, 3 of which, The Onion, gdgt and BBC News came out as a tie. Apparently the iPhone 4 came out on top when loading Engadget’s site while the Nexus One was victorious when loading the New York Times.
However, you don’t really want me to tell you the outcomes of this browser war do you? No, you’d much rather hit up the videos below and check the outcome for yourselves, so get to it and enjoy.
