The latest version of the Android operating system seems to be being ported to numerous smartphones lately and the latest device to play nice with Android 2.2 Froyo appears to be the Windows Mobile HTC HD2.
We have a video of Android 2.2 Froyo running on the HTC HD2 for your viewing pleasure courtesy of the guys over at Daily Mobile by way of Hdblog which delivers seven and a half minutes of Android 2.2 goodness playing on the HTC device.
I’m sure you all know that the HTC HD2 is a quad-band handset with a 4.3 inch WVGA capacitive touch screen powered by a 1GHz processor and runs Windows Mobile 6.5 Profession OS, but now it can run Android 2.2 Froyo as well.
So all that remains is for you to mash that play button sit back and enjoy Android running on the Windows Mobile HTC HD2, no commentary included though, and maybe slapping Android 2.2 Froyo onto the HTC HD2 may be a way past all the problems that have been reported (here)
