A little while ago the maker of Firefox, Mozilla submitted a new iPhone browser application to Apple for consideration in the App Store called Firefox Home, and now apparently Apple has had time to consider said app and has given its approval.
Thus according to an article over on Geeky-Gadgets by Roland Hutchinson, Firefox Home for iPhone is now available via the Apple iTunes App Store and is apparently a “stripped down version” of Mozilla’s famous browser especially for the iPhone and iPod Touch.
Firefox Home for iPhone enables the user to sync browser history, bookmarks, and tabs all by using Firefox Sync, and according to the apps blurb “Firefox Home is secure from end-to-end so your data is always safe, and of course it’s free.”
So now iPhone users have another browser option to play with on their iPhone, are you going to download Firefox Home for iPhone and try it out? If so feel free to send us your opinions on the app by posting a comment in our comments area below.
