I purchased an i1 on Sept. 23rd, had trouble from the beginning with loading emails, with the keyboard, the camera would not work, could not copy and save pictures sent to me via mms, and word swipe feature did not work when composing msg. Customer service could not help me and recommended I return the phone. I did. New phone, could not sync it to with MS Outlook on my lap top. I am CEO of a corporation with 100 employees and if I provided my client base with this type of product I would be out of business in short order. I have a corporate account with sprint with 21 phones and the only reason I have not changed vendors is the direct connect feature that is critical for our field staff communication. Still, very frustrated, I have wasted a day (and counting) trying to get set up with the i1 and strongly suggest you go else where, which I will as soon as I review the cost benefits of dropping Sprint. Next time Spint introduces a new phone to market they should not use an old operating system as they did with the brand new and they should have their little brother Nextel come up to 4G or 3 even, but 2G come on!
