Yesterday we posted an article to do with problems with the new Motorola Droid X display, and you can refresh your memory by reading that article (here) and apparently the word is Motorola and Verizon are aware of the issue.
However, according to an article over on Gizmodo by Rosa Golijan and by way of an Engadget report, Verizon and Motorola have acknowledges the Motorola Droid X display problems and say that only a small quantity of devices are affected.
Furthermore, it seems that the problems are no longer issues as Motorola has already resolved the issue. Here’s the full statement from Verizon Wireless over the matter…
“Verizon Wireless and Motorola are aware of a very small number of DROID X units that have experienced a flickering or banding display. Motorola has resolved the issue and is continuing to ship the phones. Any consumer who experiences a flickering or banding display should contact a Motorola customer support center or Verizon Wireless.”
So there you go, if you are one who is suffering the Motorola Droid X display problems just contact Motorola customer support or Verizon and it will be fixed.
