When it comes to the Apple iPhone the hot subject everyone seems to chat about is jailbreaking and considering yesterday we reported that it is now legal the news is hotter than ever.
Yesterday we reported that Library of Congress (LoC) has ruled that jailbreaking a smartphone like the Apple iPhone 4 for example is permissible under the Digital Millennium Copyright Acts fair use provisions, read full story here.
We cannot see Apple especially Steve Jobs sitting back and allowing this to happen because they like control, so much so we think they are robots on a mission to take over the world and feed us when it suits them. Steve Jobs come on it is healthy competition and it allows more quality into smartphones, if you do not agree Apple please do let us know why.
Jailbreaks are normally temperamental at first and problems occur, so many forms of jailbreaks have been made and some have failed and some have succeeded. Look at the new Spirit iOS 4 jailbreak release for example; this one has been delayed because of FaceTime problems.
