HTC has finally got round to launching their mid range HTC Wildfire smartphone in the Indian market, which will be a upgrade to their HTC Tattoo offering to mobile phone users in India and has apparently been tied up with Reliance GSM to deliver a plan where all subscribers upgrading to the HTC Wildfire will gain 500MB of free data usage per month for the first 6 months.
According to an article over on Techtree, the HTC Wildfire will be available in India via HTC resellers commanding a rather large price tag of Rs. 16,590.
Spec wise I’m sure you all know the HTC Wildfire sports a 3.2 inch capacitive QVGA touch screen, 5 megapixel camera with LED flash, a 528 MHz processor, 348MB RAM and 512MB ROM and a 3.5mm jack.
The HTC Wildfire also packs an FM radio along with a digital compass, optical navigation joystick, Bluetooth, WiFi and features a microSD slot for memory expansion. So are any of our Indian readers thinking of buying the HTC Wildfire?
