It seems that everyone wants a piece of the Samsung Galaxy S range of smartphones. Already over in the United States all four major carriers sport their particular version of the Samsung Galaxy S such as the Captivate for AT&T, Fascinate for Verizon and so on.
Well now according to an article over on Engadget Mobile by Chris Ziegler, and by way of the guys over at the Samsung Hub, a couple of top carriers in South Korea wish to join SK Telecom in offering their own version of the Samsung Galaxy S smartphone.
Thus the word is South Korea’s KT and LG U+ will both be gaining their own versions of the device with the Samsung Galaxy U for LG U+ and Samsung Galaxy K for KT, presumably named after the names of the carriers.
However word has it both devices will be slightly smaller than the Galaxy S and also the devices should go on sale with LG U+ this month while KT gets the Samsung Galaxy K in September, no word on any price yet though.
