Verizon Call Forwarding Problems: How To Get and Use
Emails are flooding in about Verizon Call Forwarding and some know how it works and some do not, we thought we would recap our readers on how to get and use this setup.

Just a quick recap: The call forwarding feature allows you to send calls to another phone and this number can be long distance, local or a mobile phone, blow we will let you know how to activate, deactivate, and change your forwarding number at anytime.
How to get it: When you first activate your service it will automatically be added to your account, if you wish to confirm that you have the feature then simply login to your My Verizon and select “My Plan” and then select “Add/change features”.
How to use it: To activate just press *72 then simply enter the phone number of where you want the call to be forwarded to, for example (*72-908-123-4567). Then press send and you will get confirmation, then press end.
How to deactivate it: To deactivate press *73 and then send and wait for confirmation then press end.
