First Windows Phone 7 from Asus Surfaces in Pakistan?
So who’s making Microsoft Windows Phone 7 devices then? Well we know Samsung is along with LG and the word is so is HTC, and now it appears we are getting the first glimpse of the first Windows Phone 7 handset from Asus.
Well possibly, as according to Brian Barrett over at Gizmodo, there’s is enough “oddness “ to give pause, meaning that this Asus Windows Phone 7 device has been leaked from Pakistan, somewhere that isn’t really know for technology leaks, and the other thing being “powered by ASUS” branding which isn’t usually found on Asus products.
However, although this Asus Windows Phone 7 handset was leaked by Twitter account Shaistajafri, and sometimes tweets can be wrong, the design on the smartphone is smooth with a brushed metal front and possibly a front facing camera.
Other than the leaked image though there isn’t much to go on, and as with all images it could be fake, but then again it may be real. So what do you think, is this the first Windows Phone 7 smartphone from Asus?
