The Samsung Galaxy U is just a little below the Galaxy S when it comes to features and power but still a very good smartphone, main features include a 3.7-inch AMOLED Plus display featuring 480×800 resolution, powered by a 1GHz S5PC111 processor chip, the AMOLED Plus screen is right in the middle of the standard AMOLED and Super AMOLED display and comes with 720p HD video recording.

This device also has a 5-megapixel camera with autofocus, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 3.0, plus it is works on J-CDMA and CDMA Rev. A networks.
