LG Panther WP7 Coming out to play After Clearing FCC
It seems that Microsoft’s Windows Phone 7 is gearing up to hit the mobile space in quite a big way soon as we have already heard that the LG C900 WP7 device will see launch on the 28th of September, and also recently seen the LG E900 on video.
Now according to an article over on Mobile Crunch by Simon Chester, and by way of Phone Arena, the LG Panther has now cleared the FCC and is heading for the Big Blue, meaning that the developer only LG Panther will see retail.
For those that have forgotten the specs of the LG Panther Windows Phone 7 smartphone, the device packs a 3.5 inch WVGA AMOLED display, 5 megapixel camera with 720p video recording, 1GHz Snapdragon processor, WP7 operating system of course and a sliding QWERTY keyboard.
Furthermore, apparently the LG Panther is backwards compatible with WCDMA and GSM/GPRS/EDGE which could well mean we may even see the LG Panther turn up on Sprint and Verizon air waves at some point.
